ELECTRIC SHAVER By Alan Norcott, 8/9 RAR
At SWBTA, we had the Yanks with us at Raspberry Creek. Bill McCutchen had a battery razor that had a lead attached. Bill taped a plug to this tree, then plugged the razor in, started it and started to shave. We were pissing ourselves at the looks on the Yanks’ faces. It was 8/9 RAR on a kangaroo exercise. Bill was a real icon in both 6 RAR and 8/9 RAR. It was Bill who presented 6 RAR with their first mongrel, also at SWBTA.
